My name is Indigo Adobea Abena Joy Quashie (They/He/She). I am a queer Black woman from the southside of Chicago, Illinois that has pursued a creative lifestyle for the past 13 years. I graduated Ohio's College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Arts in 2021, majoring in Studio Art and minoring in Adolescent Education. With various experience in editorial, painting, digital art, photography, and more, I enjoy centering my work around the connections between art and the human experience.
My most recent role was is as the Lead Graphic Designer for Natasha Tarpley's "Joy Cards" Fellowship through New America.
My desire is to work with people who want to send a message and make an impact in their communities. Those who support the wellness of marginalized people, separating human rights from politics.
Most of all, I want to make change.
